Lux Consulting Group, Inc. (Lux) is a professional services firm that helps government and non-
government clients manage social programs and science programs.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced expert WordPress Developer to create a custom
resource library to catalog and search data. The anticipated contract is for 30 hours and
includes website orientation and review, implementation of proposed changes, and site
monitoring and evaluation.

Additional work is expected for 2021.

Responsibilities:

• Complete an overall review of the website and propose changes for improving user

experience.

• Provide a technical audit of the site architecture. Contractor should suggest and

implement improvements for the desktop, mobile and tablet interfaces.

• Modify or duplicate the website’s Resource Library to include a data catalog with

relevant datasets.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in website design and maintenance.
• Knowledge of CSS, HTML, PHP, and JavaScript.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience developing websites for government clients.
• Basic knowledge of environmental themes and issues is a plus.

Work location: Remote from anywhere in the United States.
