A day in the life of the Remote CRST Content Specialist
As the manager of all CRST social media and social ad accounts, it is not uncommon to start the day measuring the success of the most recent marketing campaign. The results are trending in a way that shows the campaign is effective, so you share the exciting news with stakeholders and the team.

Looking at the content calendar, you double-check today’s social media posts and advertisements to ensure that everything looks good. Next, it is time to pivot to create the blog content for Driver Appreciation Week. With your blog, you aspire to embed a, “Thank A Driver” video. Luckily, you have a peer inside the Marketing team that is a wizard at video creation. So, you check in to see how the video editing is going. With your peers working across the country, video chat is common to ensure to foster relationship building and effective communication.

Throughout the day, inquiries and requests come through to help internal customers. With the customer in mind, you happily assist with some of the quick wins. For those requests that are quite large in nature, you schedule meetings to talk through the project plan with the greater Marketing team.

Your project plan shows that it is time to start developing and generating website content, including identifying opportunities with SEO/SEM. Analyzing results and using the data for future creative content is important in this role so you take the time to ensure you see the story that the data is telling.

At any point throughout the day, you will have to leverage WordPress, Hubspot, SalesForce, Text Recruit, Adobe Create Suites or Canva to ensure that all projects can be completed in a way that is effective, compelling and engaging for the audience.
