The WordPress developer will be engaged in a range of web design and development projects including:
The position requires strong web interface development skills using WordPress, HTML5, CSS3 and related ecosystem tooling. The ability to take web design creative and translate into highly-performant WordPress-driven web pages on phones, tablets and desktops is essential. Experience with JavaScript is a key supporting skill to improve the employee’s ability to collaborate with application developers.
Mercury's front end and WordPress developers possess strong skills in the above technologies and just as important front-end design patterns, common interface frameworks and testing. A passion for web standards and modern interface frameworks is also pretty darn important.
