Game Developer (Virtual)

Bundle’s services include hundreds of original, interactive and live 1:1 and team sessions. All sessions are designed to engage employees and their families so that they can take a meaningful break.

Role Overview
Bundle is currently looking for personable, organized, and thoughtful game developers to join our creative content development team and produce simple games to use in our online entertainment and team building sessions. Games will be synchronous with a host or asynchronous self paced. Games will be hosted on a website or delivered via zoom with a facilitator. Games will be designed for at least 1 hour play, be done in rounds, or self-paced on demand.

Role Requirements

    • Produce strategic and critical thinking interactive online games that are synchronous and/or asynchronous(such as virtual escape rooms, who done it, murder mystery, trivia, and other forms...) for kids, teens and adults.
    • Outline games based on client needs and requirements.
    • Develop graphics, interactive, and /or websites as needed using Wix or WordPress.
    • Quality check games

Required Skills

    • 2+ years in storytelling, game development, and graphic design
    • A Bachelor’s degree.
    • Ability to work independently, problem solve, and meet deadlines efficiently and effectively.
    • Ability to design graphics in Photoshop or other like platform to create graphics/ interactives for games.
    • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
    • Thrives on doing new innovative initiatives.
    • Not afraid to think out of the box and experiment.
    • Outstanding critical thinking.
    • Solid foundation with performance management.
    • Excellent skills in problem solving and decision making, planning, meeting management, delegation, communications and managing yourself.
    • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Technical competency. Experience with video conference calling, screen shares, and MS Office Suite.
    • Must provide at least 2 professional or educational references.

Commitment Details

    • Generally available at least 10 to 20 hours per week.
    • Maintains excellent communication with the Bundle Team staff.
