WordPress Specialist

Slingshot by WorkWave focuses on providing modern call center solutions for the Field Service industry. As a WordPress Specialist, you’ll troubleshoot and resolve forms issues that would boggle the
minds of most normal folks. You’ll help to edit current forms and create new ones that will dazzle while remaining incredibly efficient. It’ll be your creativity and ingenuity that helps the
organization run as smooth as possible.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Convert client data into an interactable interface (Gravity Forms)
    • Accept and resolve helpdesk tickets
    • Assist in enhancing the scripting team’s processes
    • Create and edit forms via WordPress and the Gravity Forms plugin
    • Tackle various tech-based projects

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

    • WordPress experience and/or experience with the Gravity Forms plugin is a plus.
    • Previous desktop support experience is a plus
    • Programming skills are a plus, but they aren’t required
    • Gifted with computers and other tech
    • Natural curiosity for how things work and why… troubleshoot and fix it!
    • Full time availability, including some schedule flexibility and a weekend day.
