Essential Job Duties
Duties Include:
  • Create, post and distribute departmental biannual Alumni eNewsletter, review metrics and maintain alumni list. Provide related guidance to the department head and communications committee.
  • Create, post and distribute the PMB Spring and Fall Social eNewsletters – assist with content, posting and distribution.
  • Assist with the Day of Giving coordination including posting to PMB Twitter and providing social media support include communicating related information and details for this event
  • Manage the PMB Department website (Wordpress) – Update and create content including posting photos, newsletters, and news stories. Assist faculty and staff with directory and page updates.
  • Update and create content for the PMB twitter and LinkedIn accounts.
  • Update the Departmental archive history to record important events, awards and other departmental, faculty and staff achievements.
  • Serve as the department consult for social media, the website, e-communications, and university branding compliance and serve as liaison with the college-level (CALS) communications team.
