Create, post and distribute departmental biannual Alumni eNewsletter, review metrics and maintain alumni list. Provide related guidance to the department head and communications committee.
Create, post and distribute the PMB Spring and Fall Social eNewsletters – assist with content, posting and distribution.
Assist with the Day of Giving coordination including posting to PMB Twitter and providing social media support include communicating related information and details for this event
Manage the PMB Department website (Wordpress) – Update and create content including posting photos, newsletters, and news stories. Assist faculty and staff with directory and page updates.
Update and create content for the PMB twitter and LinkedIn accounts.
Update the Departmental archive history to record important events, awards and other departmental, faculty and staff achievements.
Serve as the department consult for social media, the website, e-communications, and university branding compliance and serve as liaison with the college-level (CALS) communications team.
