Wordpress Developer

TCN is looking for WordPress Developer to join our team in our St. George, Utah office. The WordPress Developer is an integral part of the marketing team and is responsible for developing new landing pages, managing, and maintaining TCN’s website.
The ideal candidate will have experience a minimum of three (3) years of professional web development experience, including direct experience with WordPress, and the ability to exhibit skills*.
Responsibilities

• Designs and enhances website - Designs, build, and enhances website using WordPress; generates WordPress themes, plug-ins, and libraries
• Evaluates and optimizes - Collaborates with marketing team members to evaluate, improve, and optimize the site to meet the needs of the company
• Reviews data | Provides enhancements - Reviews information architecture, design, user tracking, and data collection points, and provides updates and enhancements
• Troubleshoots | Monitors performance - Conducts website performance tests, troubleshoots content issues, and monitors performance of the website; responds rapidly and addresses technical issues or errors across the website

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, or related field of study
• Proven work experience as a web developer with a strong portfolio*
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Excellent communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Detail oriented and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
