Senior WordPress Developer

I am on the lookout for a talented WordPress website developer who can help to build and maintain cutting-edge websites. My client believes a happy team is a productive one so they invest in their staff and enjoy rewarding the team for a job well done. You will be working closely with their web design team using WordPress to create websites for their growing and diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating websites that are well-designed, performant, and best in class.


Location - 100% Remote in the UK only!


Salary - up to £40,000 + Benefits

The Role -

  • You will work closely with their web designers taking designs and mockups and turning them into fully functioning WordPress websites.
  • Work with other team members to maintain quality using thorough testing and quality assurance processes.
  • Develop and update plugins for specific website functionality where required.
  • Set up and maintain WordPress environments using their internal hosting platform.
  • Resolve tickets for clients on their maintenance packages.
  • Complete monthly maintenance by keeping WordPress CMS and plugins up to date.
  • Utilise and improve their internal website component library.
  • Support junior team members on a day-to-day basis.
  • Continually improve processes and process documentation
