Senior Wordpress Developer (FT or Contract)

We have been creating strategic, user focused custom digital design solutions for local, national, and global brands for over 22 years. You will be joining a team of driven digital professionals in a company that pushes the limits of digital design and innovation to deliver quality outcomes.

About The Role

We're looking for senior WordPress / React developers (Permanent and/or Freelance), to join our team and deliver and support premium custom websites and web apps.

You'll be comfortable developing custom Wordpress themes from scratch, together with associated functionality, using our preferred frameworks and plugins. You'll produce solid, robust solutions that perform well across all devices and browsers, coupled with great attention to detail in front-end presentation.

Key Requirements:

• Ability to build WordPress themes / functionality from Sketch or XD files
• Produce clean and maintainable code
• Great React, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and jQuery skills.
• Comfortable hitting the ground running to start work on projects with minimal lead-time (although we have a great handover process and make sure you have all the assets and support you need)
• Solid experience working in an agency environment
• It’s not essential, but experience with modern Javascript frameworks like React and Angular would be a great plus

You’ll be Melbourne based - our team currently enjoys a mix of working from home and in the office (a brand new co-working space in Ringwood, close to cafes, shops, gyms etc), so we would like you to be able to join us!
