Job Description
SourceLink works with a variety of clients across the country implementing SourceLink technology tools to support local entrepreneurs and small business owners. This position will assist in the development of the SourceLink network, providing project technology support for on-boarding of new affiliates, web development and technical guidance for existing and new SourceLink clients, as well as handle a variety of online website enhancement requests as assigned. This position will include documentation of website management procedures and some client technology training as needed.
Duties
Modify and support changes of website design and layout, including pages, blog posts, newsletters, brochures, proposals, white papers, news releases, resource organization profiles and more on a WordPress multisite instance.
Provide support, documentation, and training to affiliates with the support of their digital platforms that include websites and custom CRM systems.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills
We’re looking for someone with solid technology and customer support skills who can:
Successfully handle multiple competing projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment, with little direct supervision
Have a firm grasp of online tools and platforms, WordPress website management in particular
Communicate in a professional and clear manner with clients and team, including the creation of technical documentation and deliver online training
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Political Science, Business, IT or equivalent work experience in website customization, and customer support
Proficiency with using online content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Sitefinity, Joomla, and/or Drupal to meet client requirements
Experience with support ticketing software (Teamwork, Zendesk, LiveAgent) and customer service with technical software
Ability to learn new technology quickly; best if can translate technology needs to a wide variety of others to understand via strong written or oral communications
Familiarity of HTML, CSS, and pagebuilders like Elementor, WPBakery, Visual Composer
Adobe software experience and/or familiarity with client relationship systems (CRM) software like SourceLink Pro, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and/or Zoho a plus
Superior organization, analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary
$48,900 - $56,000 commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity
