Wordpress Developer

We’re looking for an experienced WordPress Developer with strong technical abilities to join our HQ in Israel.

Responsibilities:

- Develop web applications and websites using WordPress

- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers on the company's assets

- Keep up on the latest trends and best practices in web development

Requirements:

- Excellent knowledge of WordPress and PHP

- knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS

- Ability to work with complex sets of data and perform data migrations using both import tools and the WordPress API

- Experience with creating custom WordPress plugins

- Thorough understanding of custom post types, taxonomies and wordpress hooks lifecycle

- Understanding of programming security best practices

- Understanding of front-end optimization techniques for performance

- 3+ years experience with WordPress
