TechClass is an EdTech Finnish company established in 2017, providing online training courses, certification training programs, and also Learning Management System (LMS) as a service for the education sector (B2B, B2G, and B2C).

The WordPress Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress-based websites and applications. This includes customizing existing WordPress themes and plugins, as well as creating new ones as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop WordPress-based websites and applications
• Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins as needed
• Create new WordPress themes and plugins as required
• Troubleshoot and debug WordPress-related issues
• Collaborate with the design and development team to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality
• Stay up to date with new WordPress features and best practices

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with WordPress development
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development
• Knowledge of WordPress coding standards and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
