Remote - Web Developer - PHP / Wordpress & JavaScript / React

Our client is an online media organization used by real estate professionals and industry leaders providing insights and trends into the real estate industry. They are looking to hire a full stack developer comfortable working across the front end using JavaScript and React and the back end using PHP and WordPress. This person will be working primarily on their news site with a focus on optimizing user engagement, flows, adding features to WordPress, building out new interactive digital ads, new marketing pages and features. This is a fully remote position open to candidates throughout the United States.

Required Technology And Skills

• 5+ years of professional web development experience
• Extensive knowledge of PHP as well as WordPress
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
• Familiar with modern JavaScript libraries such as React
• Ability to develop responsive web applications
• Comfortable working with git source/version control platforms

Additional Skills

• Experience in headless WordPress
• Ability to architect and build GraphQL APIs and REST-ful services using WordPress
• Familiarity with GitHub actions and CI/CD
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and Web Analytics

Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 based on qualifications and experience
