We at Webholik Media are hiring for PHP/Wordpress Developer.

Location: Lucknow & Noida (Hybrid)

Experience Required: 2+ years ( Relevant)

Requirements:

1. Good communication skill
2. Should have knowledge of plugin/theme development and customization.
3. Understanding of custom post types and custom templates.
4. Should have worked on the Elementor Plugin and understanding of Elementor Templates.
5. The candidate should be able to work on assignments with the least guidance
6. Responsible for robust and efficient implementation
7. Suggest technical solutions for short and long term
8. Participate and lead software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
9. Collaborate with team members and across groups to prepare technical specifications.
10. Design and develop high-quality code.
11. Test, debug, analyze and fix application problems/issues.
12. Work closely with stakeholders to fix issues in a timely fashion.
13. Participate in code reviews in accordance with program specifications and coding standards, practices, and conventions, new designs, changes, and enhancements.
14. Mentor less-skilled employees
15. Interact with stakeholders (internal and external) to support product releases and resolve program problems.
16. Research and remain informed of new technology and development tools.
17. Comfortable working in flexible hours.
18. Strong knowledge of PHP 7.0+ and WordPress.
19. Understanding of MVC design patterns
20. Understanding of plugins, Theme customization.
21. Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
22. Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming
23. Understanding accessibility and security compliance Depending on the specific project
24. Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions
25. Familiarity with the limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
26. Familiarity with MySQL databases and their declarative query languages
27. Knowledge of the framework Laravel / Codeigniter will be added advantage.
