Full-Stack WordPress Developer

Our client, one of the fastest-growing entertainment companies in the US - is hiring! 👌🏻 This is a full-time, fully remote independent contractor role.

📝 As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for:

Implementing, maintaining, deploying, and ensuring uptime of highly customized WordPress sites

Integrating current and future sites with plugins, APIs, and services

Optimizing front-end and back-end implementations to improve site performance

Developing custom WordPress plugins to provide functionality not available with off-the-shelf plugins

Ensuring that our sites are kept up to date with the latest WordPress and plugin updates, ensuring that conflicts between plugins and WordPress do not cause functionality issues

Requirements

🚀 To be successful in this role, you have:

Minimum 3 years of experience with WordPress

Minimum 5 years of experience with PHP

Minimum 3 years of experience with Linux and RDS on AWS

Proven experience with advanced WordPress customization using PHP

Proven experience developing with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

English written and oral communication skills as you’ll be collaborating with global teams

Minimum 3 years of experience with Git
