Are you a web developer looking for an exciting challenge where you get to take one website with multiple landing pages & create 25+ individual websites with their own voice, brand, & reputation?

AutoCanada Collision Centres is looking for an experienced WordPress Expert to join our growing home office marketing team! You will build & maintain custom WordPress sites aligning with our corporate & standalone collision centre brands.

You will be responsible for maintaining digital brand equity & ensuring all websites host digital content, booking tools are functioning properly, & suggest any changes that may be required. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will work with modern frameworks & technologies to support our current websites & have creative freedom as we expand.

Your Day To Day

• Support Collision Centre Marketing Manager on all website development projects
• Build custom WordPress sites from scratch as we acquire new Collision Centres
• Implement all required/requested changes to WordPress sites as well as routine content updates
• Work alongside graphic designer to create & implement design of all web pages
• Build campaign landing pages/emails using HTML, CSS, & JavaScript
• Advise on best practices & search engine optimization (SEO) through technical site changes, writing/creating content, & outsourcing to SEO vendors
• Perform routine audits to ensure all websites are always running optimally
• Provide digital performance tracking through Google Analytics

What You Bring To The Table

• Post-Secondary education focusing on Web Development or Software Development
• Minimum 2 years progressive web experience
• Advanced WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, mySQL skills, landing page design & development required
• We measure our traffic (data is king), so you will need to be savvy with Google Analytics & be able to keep SEO at the forefront of everything you do
• Strong development abilities using JavaScript & jQuery
• Understanding of PHP files in WordPress
• Experience with Bootstrap & CSS/SCSS frameworks
