Tech Customer Support Engineer For Elementor & Wordpress [Remote]

You'll work with our clients to resolve problems quickly and proactively, making sure they're always raving fans of our community.


But it's not all about fixing problems. We're looking for someone who can also bring a sense of humor and positivity to the role. We want someone who can make our customers feel like they're talking to a friend, not a robot.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tech support, specifically with Elementor, WordPress, and automation
  • Available to work USA working hours
  • Fluent or Native English
  • Ability to do Video Calls
  • Experience with live chat support and a desire to proactively help customers
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues
  • Familiarity with website development and design
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a good sense of humor and positive attitude


Expectations:

  • This is a full-time job
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via live chat and email with wicked fast speed
  • Continuously improve the customer experience and strive to create raving fans of our community
  • Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of technical products
  • Hopping on calls with students, building relationships, recording looms for everyone to benefit from, sending messages to solve quick issues, and doing whatever it takes to help clients succeed
