SEO / Wordpress Specialist (f/m/x)

As our SEO / Wordpress specialist you are a core part of our product team at Expertlead, and work closely with our Marketing and Tech teams, as well as with our Stakeholders.

YOUR MISSION

• Own our new website
• Utilize market-leading tools and apps such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz to track website performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Create, manage, and deliver regular reports about optimization efforts and performance
• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase website visibility and drive organic traffic
• Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
• Employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimisation methods to turn visitors into more active users and to help improve website performance
• Drive targeted and loyal traffic to a website by community building
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and integrate content marketing strategies

Your Skillset

• At least 2 years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
• Experience with SEO industry programs (f.e. Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics)
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
• Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
• Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
• Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
• Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
• Experience with multilingual website optimization and international SEO strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.) in English, German is a plus
