We are seeking a motivated and skilled WordPress Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of front-end development and experience with WordPress theme development.

As a WordPress Web Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining WordPress websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop WordPress themes from scratch or customize existing themes according to client requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using best practices and standards.
• Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Develop custom plugins and functionalities to enhance website features.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and security.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug website issues as needed.
• Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to the project team.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of WordPress theme development and customization.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Familiarity with front-end development frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
• Knowledge of popular WordPress plugins and their usage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong portfolio of past WordPress projects.
