About The Work From Home Job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with other team members to implement website design and functionality changes to improve user experience and performance
• Analyze and diagnose performance issues on Wordpress website using tools like Google Search Console, GTmetrix, and PageSpeed Insights
• Optimize website speed, load time, and overall performance by implementing best practices for caching, image compression, and script minification
• Identify and resolve issues related to Core Web Vitals, including LCP, FID (first input delay), and CLS (cumulative layout shift)
• Provide regular updates on progress and performance improvements to the team

Requirements

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, GTmetrix, and PageSpeed Insights
• Experience with website optimization techniques, including caching, image compression, and script minification
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to Core Web Vitals, including LCP, FID, and CLS
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
