Web Developer & Designer - Wordpress

SALARY : 10LPA - 11LPA

The Web Developer & Designer will utilize web technology to create internal websites and applications to support Procloz. Apply fundamentals of software engineering to assist in the creation of new software technologies and participate in relevant aspects of application design with software engineers and program management. He/she will also be responsible for designing and creates art required for advertising, marketing, proposals and product support, company web sites and other public relations programs. This position typically works under limited general supervision and direction.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the analysis, design, development, test, modification and integration of software systems or subsystems for designated products and/or applications.
• Participate in configuration, build and release management, and testing of software with software engineers.
• Previous experience in Word Press coding is a must.
• Understanding of good security practices and permission schemes.
• Ability to determine whether to edit existing functionality (core or module) in a template or a custom module.
• Assists in the writing of reports, manuals and procedures.
• Proficient in software, architecture, design and development.
• Designs products, multimedia campaign, handles scheduling, and assists with such responsibilities as production coordination, background design and progress tracking.
• Develops briefings, brochures, multimedia presentations, web pages, promotional products,

technical illustrations, and computer artwork for use in products, technical manuals, literature, and presentations.

• Develops and maintains the company's corporate image and identity, which includes the use of logos and signage.
• Generally focused on the look, feel, operation, and functionality of a website and mobile applications. Creates internal/external company web pages including graphics, animation and functionality.
• Designs web page layout and online content, user interface graphics, icons, color schemes, content and infrastructure for new product release and new web-hosted product offering.

Requirements And Skills

• Four-year college degree in computer science, computer engineering or other related technical discipline and 3-4 years' work experience or equivalent.
• Requires proficiency using the JavaScript programming language, PHP, MYSQL and jQuery.
• Requires prior experience with at least one JavaScript framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• React experience is preferable above others. Experience working with CSS preprocessors. (SCSS/LESS), build tools/task runners (Webpack/Grunt/Gulp), package managers (NPM/Yarn), and version controls systems (Git/Perforce).
• Must be able to demonstrate skill level through either a portfolio or shipped product(s).
• Requires proficiency of web development/software engineering best practices.
• Experience in website design, graphic design.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills that enable you to evaluate a creative approach, brainstorm, and seek unexpected, original and innovative ideas.
• Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
• Able to prioritize work and complete multiple tasks under deadline and budget guidelines
