What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.


  • Field inbound calls and identify areas for helping our customers achieve success with their on-line presence and marketing programs, to grow their business.
  • Follow-up with potential leads and existing customers to share information on how you can help them grow their market share.
  • Manage an ongoing pipeline of customers to deliver revenue consistently at or above sales quota level.
  • Provide consultation to customers regarding new products and services that will enhance their profile.
  • Provide issue resolutions within our scope of support; directing customers to paid solutions or third-party steps as appropriate.
  • Meet metrics that include but are not limited to customer satisfaction and sales targets.
  • Demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
  • Apply solid sales skills to understand customer’s needs and close all sales with integrity.
