Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a WordPress Developer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is a privately owned higher education management corporation. It is a technology and marketing services company on a mission to help connect students with schools that fit them. The company was established in 2005 and is headquartered in Hoboken, New Jersey. The client provides marketing agency services, inquiry generation, contact center services, market research, bundled OPM services, insights like a blog, ebooks, webinars, and more. It is grounded in higher education, focusing on adult and non-traditional students, and is dedicated to connecting schools with prospective students. They help schools connect with students. The company specializes in adult and non-traditional higher education enrollment growth. The Web Developer is responsible for building microsites and landing pages for the diverse clients in the client’s Enrollment Management marketing services division. We seek a dynamic problem solver, strong communicator, and self-motivated individual to join the team and work alongside the Web Development Team Lead to create, enhance, and maintain the growing suite of digital marketing-focused client websites.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in software development, including WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, and Graphic Design.

Responsibilities

• Build landing pages and microsites based on mock-ups the design team provides in a WordPress environment.
• Produce quality web pages that take Google Core Web Vitals scores into account.
• Build quality web pages that are AA ADA Compliant.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to ensure the delivered sites and pages meet all client expectations.
• Cooperate directly with the QA team to meet all form validation and mobile responsiveness standards.

Will Be a Plus

• Experience with Drupal.
• Experience with PHP.
• Knowledge of WordPress theme.
• Knowledge of WordPress plugins.
