We are looking for someone that would like to make a difference and be part of an exciting growth journey within the GENII Group. You will be able to support us on that journey working in agile and dynamic teams, with a true customer focus and license to design and implement to best meet their needs. You will have group-wide options to learn and grow, both internationally as well as in new verticals.

We're looking for a creative, organized and professional Website Developer who has experience with content management systems. You will help to create new web properties across the Group based on a standardized framework as well as maintain existing ones and make daily changes to homepage information and product descriptions.

YOUR TASKS

• You will support us designing, building, and maintaining websites within a Group wide framework.
• Using scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications, and digital media.
• Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
• Enabling and directing team members that produce content by editing, writing, or designing pages.
• Managing standard integrations for our website toolkit such as Marketing Automation (i.e. HubSpot) or Applicant Tracking (ATS).
• Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.

YOUR PROFILE

To be both successful and motivated in this role, we think you recognize yourself in some (or all) of the below:

• Some years of experience in WordPress development.
• Some years of experience with the page builder "Elementor".
• Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP.
• Good knowledge of using Google services (Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Search Console).
• Good knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO).
• Good knowledge of website hosting.
• Experience with Hub Spot.
