We are seeking a talented and experienced WordPress Developer with a strong background in web design to join our team. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress websites, as well as creating visually appealing designs that align with our clients' branding and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. WordPress Development: Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring code quality, security, and performance optimization.
2. Web Design: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their design requirements and translate them into visually appealing website layouts and user interfaces.
3. Responsive Design: Create responsive designs that provide an optimal viewing and interaction experience across various devices and screen sizes.
4. Customization: Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet clients' specific needs, including layout modifications, functionality enhancements, and integration of third-party tools and APIs.
5. CMS Management: Set up and configure WordPress installations, manage content updates, and ensure smooth website operation, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
6. SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices, including optimizing website speed, improving meta tags, implementing schema markup, and ensuring proper URL structure, to enhance search engine visibility and organic traffic.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and project managers, to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of projects.
8. Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues, ensuring a smooth user experience and error-free functionality.
9. Documentation: Create technical documentation, including code comments, project specifications, and user guides, to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain project consistency.
10. Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development and design, and proactively suggest innovative solutions and improvements to enhance the overall quality of our websites.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a WordPress Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing WordPress websites and custom designs.
2. Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
3. Experience with popular WordPress plugins and frameworks, such as WooCommerce, Elementor, Advanced Custom Fields, and Bootstrap.
4. Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
5. Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and best practices.
6. Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred).
